Eligibility: States; territories; Indian tribes; Native villages; inter-tribal consortia; and other state agencies, including regional air pollution control districts, some public universities, and local governments

Description: This program provides support to develop the information technology and information management capabilities applicants need to actively participate in the Exchange Network. Support is also provided for the exchange of environmental data and collaborative work within the Exchange Network and may also be used to fund the standardization, exchange, and integration of geospatial information to address environmental, natural resource, and human health challenges.
