Katie Boswell works within New Philanthropy Capital's (NPC) research and consulting team as Associate Director (Strategy & Leadership). She works with a range of charities and funders to improve their strategies and maximise their impact.

Since joining NPC in 2015, she has worked with clients including RNLI, Scope, Stroke Association, Versus Arthritis, London Funders, Power to Change and Friends Provident Foundation. Katie is passionate about the potential for greater user involvement, systems change and place-based approaches in the social sector.
