Diversity Is Our Strength: Improving Working Conditions in Canadian Nonprofits

This report demonstrates what the Canadian nonprofit sector has long known but not had the data to prove: its workforce is incredibly diverse but undervalued. It argues that in order to improve conditions for the nonprofit sector’s diverse workforce, the sector needs immediate action from funders, governments, and nonprofit leaders.
