The mission of the Latino Community Foundation is to unleash the power of Latinos in California.

The Foundation invests in Latino-led nonprofits working on the front lines of social change, with a focus on organizations that are:

• Latino-led, with 51% of board and staff;
• Latino-serving of 51%;
• grassroots, with operating budget of less than $1.5 million; and,
• focused on community organizing and civic leadership.
