Underwritten by GPASubmission Requirements

  • Applications must have won a grant award (either government or private) between $25,000 and $1,100,000 USD, in 2022-2023.
  • Submissions should include the proposal narrative (specific components may vary depending on the funder’s requirements), the program budget, and the budget narrative. Do not include attachments.

Additional Information

  • Anyone, from any country, may apply.
  • GrantStation Membership is not required.
  • Entries are limited to one per organization or proposal writer.
  • Entries were accepted through June 30, 2023. Winners will be announced in September 2023.

The FAQs

Am I eligible?

If your proposal won a private or government grant award between $25,000 and $1,100,000 USD in 2022-23, you are eligible for entry. Anyone, from any country, may apply.

What should I include in my submission?

Only include your project narrative (which will vary from funder to funder but often includes elements such as an executive summary, organizational background, needs statement, goals and objectives, approach/work plan, evaluation, sustainability information, etc.) along with your project budget and budget narrative.

Should I include attachments?

No, do not include common attachments such as a 501c3 letter, organizational budgets, audits, board member information, resumes, etc. Only submit your proposal narrative, budget, and budget narrative.

How are proposals judged?

Proposals are judged based on a scoring rubric developed by GrantStation. Proposals are first reviewed by entry screeners. Top proposals are then reviewed by our expert panel of judges.

Is the information in my proposal confidential?

Prize-winning proposals will be shared publicly on GrantStation. However, you’ll have the opportunity to redact any sensitive information before it is posted publicly.

What are the next steps?

Submit your proposal using the submission form below ASAP. Proposals are accepted until June 30th, 2023, or until 250 proposals have been submitted. Proposals will be reviewed starting in July. Winners will be announced in late August.
