What We Do
For Nonprofit Board Members: New to a nonprofit board ... or on a board and looking to increase your impact, be more strategic, or work more effectively with your chief executive? CEN can help! Our Board Consulting Services and New Board Member Orientations, conducted by CEN’s Certified Governance Trainers, offer the hands on training you need.
For Nonprofit EDs/CEOs: We believe in strong, effective leadership! CEN offers a variety of professional and leadership development opportunities created exclusively for nonprofit executive directors. These unique programs leverage valuable curriculum by forging strong peer support networks.
For Emerging Nonprofit Leaders: At CEN, we are work strategically to strengthen the sector's pipeline of nonprofit leaders. Our Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program is an intensive course for those that are newer to senior management and looking to expand their leadership knowledge and skill set. We also offer monthly professional development workshops that cover a wide range of topics and introduce nonprofit sector specific content.
