Human Service Chamber of Franklin County (HSC) was founded to help the health and human services sector come together, with one voice, to improve services to the people they served, and the Columbus Region as a whole. HSC's mission is to unleash the power of human potential through every act of human service. The vision is to enhance the quality of life for all by working with and for health and human services organizations. HSC provides a “buffet of benefits” to member agencies, all intended to support human services agencies on a range of issues and challenges.
